Cartridge cases go through 12–17 precise steps: brass cups are drawn, softened, trimmed, headed, pierced, and primed.Â
Automated loading then adds adhesive, primer, powder, foam piece (wad), and projectile, followed by sealing and inspection for accuracy and defects.
This streamlined process delivers 300–600 rounds per hour, combining efficiency, consistency, and quality in every less-lethal product we produce.
